These are best for patients that are also under the current care of other providers such as Physical Therapists and currently have a bigger treatment plan in place. These appointments are commonly sports acupuncture and dry needling appointments to assist in reducing pain and improving function in adjunct to current treatment plans. In these appointments there is less functional assessment and programming since you should be getting those services from your other provider.

These are best for patients who are not under the care of other providers and who need a bigger assessment and treatment plan programming. If you’ve previously worked with other practitioners but are in need of a more in-depth functional assessment and deeper answers, then the 60-minute appointment would be better suited for you. Within the 60-minute appointment we will do more functional movement assessments, sports acupuncture, dry needling, adjunct therapies such as stretch therapy and cupping, and corrective exercise programming.

This is a wholistic treatment, assessment, and movement membership that is all encompassing and unlike anything else on the market. Because of our wide-ranging expertise, we can assess, program, and implement all aspects of physical rehabilitation health and performance. You won’t need multiple practitioners, in different locations, with different appointments to receive all the necessary care. If there are additional specialties that we feel would be beneficial, we will coordinate and manage that care in house. This membership will include at least all of the following:

• Full Body Functional Movement Assessments

• Metabolic Testing using Blood Lactate

• Personalized and Physiologically Based Cardiovascular Exercise Prescription

• Corrective Exercises and Strength Training Prescription

• 1-2X week Therapeutic Sessions that include Sports/Orthopedic Acupuncture, Stretch Therapy, Manual Therapy, Other Adjunct Therapies

• 1-2X week Strength Coach Led Movement and Strength Training Sessions
